Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Accelerator (EOA) program in San Antonio, has been the catalyst to enable many first-stage entrepreneurs to successfully grow their businesses to the next level. Our mission is to empower you with the tools you need to grow your business to more than US$1 million in sales and provide you with the skills to make yourself a better entrepreneur and leader.

In a series of quarterly, high-impact learning events, Accelerator gives you tools, knowledge, and skills to grow your business to more than $1 million (US) in annual revenue. These full-day learning days focus on teaching you the core skills you need to build a successful business. They are held quarterly and cover the four topics (Strategy, Execution, People, and Cash) included in Verne Harnish’s book, Scaling Up.

This comprehensive program also connects you to the most influential network of entrepreneurs on the planet.

Through the multiple learning and networking opportunities Accelerator provides, you sharpen your skills both as an entrepreneur and as a leader.

What are the qualifications to apply?

  • Be the owner or founder of an operating business with gross yearly revenues between US$250,000 to US$1 million

  • For venture-backed companies to qualify, they must have privately raised funds between US$250,000 and US$999,999

  • Interest in growing your business rapidly

  • Interest in joining EO when you hit that $1M mark

While I started my entrepreneurial journey selling CD's I made off of Napster downloads in Middle School, my true understanding of entrepreneurism didn't start until I joined EO in 2014. At the time I was running a digital marketing company with six employees serving all kinds of clientele. I received huge benefits from joining EO Accelerator in multiple areas of my life.

First and foremost, I struggled (and often still do) with imposter syndrome. Meeting with my Accelerator group on a monthly basis really showed me that I belong and, most importantly, I wasn't alone. My confidence grew meeting after meeting, I made $1M in annual revenue a goal and began working on all aspect of my business to get us there.

I was shocked with the value I could bring back to my business when I made myself available to work on my business (not only IN the business). One of my many eureka moments was when I realized I was getting in the way of business development. Turns out I wasn't the right person to run sales for my organization and that I needed to hire someone who was financially motivated. Having the opportunity to rub elbows with other entrepreneurs I also realized I was severely undercharging for my services and went to work on showing the value my company was bringing to the table.

After 3 years in the Accelerator program I graduated into EO and haven't looked back. I message my Forum (small group of 8 EO members) on a daily basis and have grown to value their feedback on all major issues in my business. Since joining EO I've grown leaps and bounds by serving on the board of directors as the Finance Chair, Forum Chair and in 2023-2024 I'll be the President of the EO San Antonio Chapter.

I hear a lot of entrepreneurs say, "I can't afford to take time away from my business!." To that I say, "You can't afford to NOT take time away from your business!”
