Ann Bohl Deacon is the founder and CEO of Deacon Recruiting Inc. and Lux Concierge. Since entering the executive search profession she has received numerous accolades, including her induction into the National Association of Personnel Services Hall of Fame and the prestigious Norbert I. B. Fried Ethics National Award. Ann’s leadership extends beyond business—she actively supports her community through board service and volunteerism with organizations like The University of Texas’ Chancellors Council Executive Committee, UTSA School of Business, and the International Entrepreneurs Organization. Ann is a sixth generation Texan, has been married to Charlie for 37 years and considers herself fortunate to have close lifelong friends.
