Walt Brown Workshop: The Patient Organization

Transform your business into a Patient Organization that attracts, engages, and retains the best talent.

Does anything wear you out more than losing great teammates, backfilling missing positions or retaining questionable employees? Employee disengagement is a major workplace problem. A problem of epidemic proportions today. When only one-third of employees are actively engaged and committed at work, how can organizations expect to thrive and reach the next level of success? In The Patient Organization, Walt Brown sets out to answer these questions and help leaders find their solutions.

Walt’s message is one of achieving freedom that comes from a solid corporate culture. Walt is here to help you create this by installing an organizational culture that will stand the test of time and help you attract and repel people to and from your culture.

Walt will deep dive into the psychology of modern employee engagement and how you can get the most out of EOS®, Scaling Up® or the Operating System you have already installed to drive it home and reap the rewards.

Who is Walt?

Over the last 14 years he has enjoyed over 1,100 days in what he calls 'The Lab' - his session room working with client teams. Through this time and experience he has seen why "it" works, and why "it" fails and has written two books on the subject; The Patient Organization and Death of the Org Chart, Rise of the Org Graph.
